On March 10, 2025, as spring was in full swing, we welcomed our customers from Kazakhstan. This offline meeting was not only an ordinary business visit, but also an in-depth dialogue about products, design and culture.

As soon as the customers arrived at the company, they couldn't wait to go to the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall displayed our company's most representative products.

Customers gently touched the products. The touch transmitted through their fingertips is a real experience that cannot be replaced by any online pictures or videos.

The try-on session brought the whole visit to a climax. When customers put on the products and looked at them carefully in front of the mirror, the satisfied smiles on their faces were worth a thousand words. They couldn't put the products down and repeatedly stroked the texture of the fabrics. This direct tactile experience made the product quality self-evident.

During the communication process, we explained in detail the design concept, craftsmanship details and fabric characteristics of each product.Customers listened attentively and asked professional questions from time to time, showing their deep understanding and strong interest in the products. Face-to-face communication enabled us to answer questions immediately, and this instant interaction greatly improved communication efficiency.
